Every facility’s needs are different. That’s why we offer four levels of service designed to ensure that you receive the snow removal services that are right for you. All service levels include a thorough site evaluation to help us serve you best during a weather event, as well as a 24-hour phone number for a Hittle Snow representative, to ensure that you’re always up-to-date on the weather situation.
Platinum
Our Platinum contract is designed for the most discerning clients who have a “zero” snow and ice tolerance need. The Platinum contract includes pre-treating sidewalk and parking surfaces in order to delay as long as possible the accumulation of any ice and snow. This contract represents the highest level of service on a 24 hours a day / 7 days a week basis. This extensive service level also provides you with the least amount of liability possible.
The Platinum level was developed to meet the needs of facilities where the highest level of snow removal is necessary not only for reasons of safety and accessibility, but also to meet customer expectations. The Platinum level is ideal for:
- Health care facilities
- High end retail
- Premier business parks
Gold
The Gold level is designed for sites where a high level of service is required, but light snow is not a burden and preventative measures are not required. This decrease in services and cost comes at the price of increased liability. Services are usually triggered by accumulations of 1-2 inches of snow. Services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Silver
Our Silver level is ideal for facilities on a 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday schedule. The service scheduling flexibility allows Hittle Snow Company to charge less than for a Gold contract, but still allows for a very high level of service and safety for site visitors. Parking lots are chemically treated, but only entrance/egress sidewalk areas are cleared and treated. Service is triggered by active precipitation with a forecast of 50% chance of 1 inch or more snow accumulation, or a forecast of any ice accumulation.
Bronze
Our Bronze contract has been designed with budget-minded facilities in mind. This contract does not include chemical applications to parking lots or sidewalks, nor the clearing of any sidewalk areas. These optional services can be provided on an “on-demand” basis as equipment and manpower are available. Parking lots are plowed once there is an accumulation of 2 inches or more.
